The project ID is created in the dashboard listing the complete process at individual stage.
Source Analysis
The source PDF gets split into individual pages and validated based on the dimension (height * width) and corrupted version if any.
Article Split
Here the input PDF is analyzed for article segregation and individual articles gets generated accordingly.
Zoning, Text Extraction & XML Conversion
The text and image blocks are zoned based on the specification and each block is applied with short-tagging for extracting text and coordinates together.
After the blocking is complete the blocked text gets automatically converted to XML. The converted XML gets parsed and validated against the NITF schema and a validation report will be generated.
Spell Check
The validated text will get run through a spell check process to ensure the data integrity.
XML Preview / Quality Analysis
The proofread content runs through the QA process using the option “Run Viewer”. The appropriate block coordinate gets displayed along with the corresponding HTML view. (Left: coordinates with respective block types and Right: HTML preview based on the text flow order).
Packaging
Once all the articles run through the final QA process, the final XML gets moved to packaging stage and a manifest XML is generated for each package containing the article list information for API upload process.
