Nithin Kumar has a total of 17 years of experience in this field. He joined as an InDesign paginator and was later promoted as senior paginator, team leader, production co-ordinator, senior production co-ordinator, and then in his current position as assistant manager for the Education Division.

Nithin truly enjoys his work and is happy and satisfied with Newgen as his employer. In his spare time, he plays badminton. His ambition is to become a business unit head in Newgen.

Some of the challenges he faced were managing people, the sudden shift to work from home, and shorter TATs. He considers appreciation from clients as some of his achievements and proud moments of his time in Newgen. He believes Newgen to be a place of continuous learning and he is grateful for all the learning and knowledge he has gained from Newgen.
